Q:   How do I book and confirm my event date with Luxury Outdoor Events?

                          A:    You can either telephone or email and one of our professional event coordinators will contact you                                                either via telephone or email to set an apt to discuss your event.

              Q:    How many people can Luxury Outdoor Events accommodate?

                          A:    We have the capability to accommodate a small more intimate group of 20 all the way up to a                                                      wedding or private concert up to 500.  It really depends on your style of event and what you                                                    would like to present as entertainment.  Your event coordinator will provide you with their expertise                                           and ideas on how to make your event an absolute success.

               Q:  What do you provide us with when we book an event with Luxury Outdoor Events?

                          A:     We have several different packages for every occasion depending on your budget. We offer Royal,                                             Luxury, Premium, and Deluxe packages; we also have one package which includes the location                                                 only. To get more information on these packages, please call or email today and get a quote based
                                   on your custom event requirements.

               Q:   Do you have parking accommodations for all of my guests?

                          A:     At Luxury Outdoor Events, part of our commitment to excellence is not overlooking any detail.  We                                      offer Valet parking for all of our clients and their guests.  So all you will have to do on the day/night                                        of y our event, is drive up and let us take care of the rest!

               Q:   Do you provide any music or do we have to bring our own?

                          A:      Our luxurious grounds have been beautifully landscaped and designed with a state of the art sound                                        system that will be sure to set the mood for any event.  You will be able to enjoy a glass of wine                                           with friends while watching the gorgeous Southern California sunset over the breathtaking city                                            view, and the music will be perfect.  If you have particular music you would like to be played                                                         during your event, you are welcome to provide your own cd's or mp3 drives.  Our entertainment                                              advisor will make sure it plays without missing a beat!
